FOREWORD


Too often, riders have internships or trainings that lack follow-up. The author of "CHEVAL OBLIGE II" conceived and realized this booklet, the horses's I.D. in a way, to make up for it. It looks like a "passeport" whare are indicated the different phases of the horse's improvment in its training following ths manual's principles.
The interest is not to be proofed for it allows to follow the origin of the horse, whatever the owner was. A trace must obviously exist to provide a reliable horse's follow-up. This is done now, with a stamp indicating, during the civil year, the proof of the follow-up control validity.
For the rider this the security to see his horse improving continously ; for the author and the authorized personnel, this is the certainty to see the horse well treated. In case of difficulty the rider can easily find the relationship he needs.
The definite identity of the horse by displaying its picture in this booklet, the review of its various places of residence by the names and addresses of the mentionned owners and the exact situation of its physical and mental progress are elements leading to an optimal knowledge of the animal.
